For design-build projects, our process is fully transparent and collaborative. We use an open-book pricing model, where we share every subtrade bid and cost breakdown with you. Together, we review the budget line by line, ensuring you have full visibility into where every dollar is spent. At this stage, you have the option to transition the budget into a fixed-price contract for added cost certainty. - Construction & Project Management
Throughout construction, our leadership team remains deeply involved, ensuring smooth execution, quality workmanship, and proactive problem-solving.
